How does the warranty work?
Products sold by Tufty.eu are covered by EU legal guarantees, providing a 24-month legal warranty under normal use and proper maintenance.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues caused by normal use. However, it does not cover damage caused by improper handling, misuse, mechanical damage or regular wear and tear.
Consumable parts such as scissors and other wear parts naturally deteriorate over time and are not considered warranty defects.
Returning unused products
If you have not used your tufting gun, rug trimmer or other equipment, you may return it within 14 days after delivery.
Returned products must remain in their original unused condition.

Tufting gun adjustments
All of our tufting guns allow pile height adjustment.
Important Notice
We strongly recommend making any adjustments only after becoming fully familiar with your machine. Incorrect adjustment may cause the mechanism to become misaligned and affect functionality. Such issues are not covered under warranty.
