Delivery time depends on the destination country, selected carrier and current carrier workload.

We usually process and ship orders within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed before approximately 3:00 PM are usually packed and handed over to the carrier the same day.

Yes. Most people start tufting completely from scratch, without any previous experience.

It is really not overly complicated, and most customers manage to make their first rug very quickly. There is no need to be afraid of it.

If you want to start as easily as possible, we recommend our tufting starter kits, which include the most important equipment for beginners and also come with several free items.

In most cases, a good starter kit will cover almost everything you need to begin.

Apart from the tufting gun, you will mainly need yarn, primary tufting cloth and optionally a tufting frame.

If you want to build your own frame or setup, we also offer individual frame grippers and accessories.

Very simply: AK-V is the newer model, while AK-1 is the older, more mechanical model.

AK-V uses a different motor, which makes it quieter and gives it a more modern feel. AK-1 is slightly louder and a little heavier.

Both models, however, can do identical and equally high-quality work.

We most often recommend acrylic yarn because it works well for tufting, is easy to use and is widely available.

With thinner standard yarns, people usually use 2–3 strands at the same time to achieve good rug density.

Our Jumbo yarn is much thicker, which makes it ideal for beginners. In most cases, you can use just one strand.

This makes tufting simpler, faster and easier to thread into the tufting gun.
