Products sold by Tufty.eu are subject to the EU legal guarantees, providing you with a legal guarantee of 12 months on your product under the condition of normal use and proper maintenance. This guarantee applies to all non-moving parts. However, please note that damage resulting from improper use, wear parts, and consumables are not covered by this guarantee. Consumables, such as scissors, naturally experience regular wear over time.
Furthermore, we would like to inform you that if you haven't used your tufting gun or rug trimmer, you have the option to return it to us within 2 weeks after getting your items. Please contact us for further assistance regarding the return process.

Although the pile height is adjustable on all of our tufting gun models, we strongly recommend making any adjustments only after becoming familiar with your machine. Changing the pile height without prior experience may cause the machine to become disconfigured and affect its functionality. Please note that such issues are not covered under warranty.
